Scheibe-Alsbach Hand Painted Porcelain Figurine NEY by Kister Porzellan, Vintage German Porcelain Napoleon Soldier on Horse Collectible
This is a vintage German porcelain figurine depicting Soult (1663 – 1736) a military soldier in modern European history.
The figurine is quality as it was made by Kister, the famous German porcelain manufacturer from Scheibe-Alsbach, renowned for their good heavy weight hard-paste porcelain expertly hand painted with very fine details.
Marked on the side with impressed letter & number 13030 A and with aKister Scheibe Alsbach marking (letter S with two crossed lines), a dark green mark which was used between 1925 and 1972.
Stamped with a “dark green foreign” Countries imply marked their goods "foreign" between 1893 and 1923 meaning it was their export product, going outside their own country.

In good condition, with one crack/chip restoration on the back of the front leg. The colors are vivid and the golden accents are intact. A collectable for any collection
